Happy 4th of July
Capt. Bob's Marina would like to take a moment to wish everyone a happy Independence Day. Also, thanks to our customers for making 2018 a great season so far. Thank you to the men and women in harms way who daily insure that we still are the greatest nation and our freedoms are proof of that. Do not take your freedoms for granted, give thanks for them. Regardless of your nationality, whether you are brown, black, yellow or white, we are Americans - all one huge nation of mixed nationalities. It should not take a tragedy to unite us as a cohesive nation - which only proves we can unite and overlook race issues. Please do not misinterpret me, I realize there are issues out there, unfair ones - it's been that way my whole life. AND, changes need to happen.
But the change can begin with you. Something as simple as a smile, or saying 'Hello' to someone can perhaps play it forward and that individual will smile to someone else. Kindness is the key..
